we opened our doors early 2019 and operate as a bakery selling takeaway middle eastern pastries, as well as a café (breakfast and lunch) serving middle eastern infused dishes, inspired by our great grandparents’ love and passion for baking hand crafted manoush (flat bread) utilising traditional methods, we want to bring the community together by using family recipes (passed down through the generations). our philosophy is to introduce customers to delicious middle eastern food, that is both comforting and made for sharing.
